उत्तरकाशी जिले के धराली आपदा से प्रभावित परिवारों के पुनर्वास व स्थायी आजीविका के लिए गठित तीन सदस्यीय समिति ने अंनतिम रिपोर्ट तैयार कर ली है। सोमवार को समिति अपनी रिपोर्ट शासन को सौंप सकती है। समिति ने ज्योर्तिमठ की तर्ज पर आपदा प्रभावित परिवारों के पुनर्वास व राहत पैकेज देने की सिफारिश की है।
पांच अगस्त को धराली में खीरगंगा में आए सैलाब ने धराली गांव को मलबे में समा दिया था। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश पर प्रभावित परिवारों के पुनर्वास व स्थायी आजीविका के लिए सचिव राजस्व डॉ. सुरेंद्र नारायण पांडेय की अध्यक्षता में तीन सदस्यीय समिति गठित की गई थी। समिति में यूकाडा के सीईओ डॉ.आशीष चौहान व अपर सचिव वित्त हिमांशु खुराना सदस्य हैं। समिति ने 2023 में ज्योर्तिमठ में भू-धंसाव से प्रभावित परिवारों के पुनर्वास व राहत पैकेज का अध्ययन किया। इसके आधार पर धराली आपदा प्रभावितों के पुनर्वास व आजीविका के लिए अपनी सिफारिश दी है। समिति ने आपदा से 115 परिवारों के प्रभावित होने का आकलन किया है। समिति की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर प्रदेश सरकार आपदाग्रस्त धराली के लिए दीर्घकालीन योजना का खाका तैयार करेगी। समिति के सदस्यों ने प्रभावित परिवारों, जनप्रतिनिधियों और जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों से भी सुझाव लिए। प्रभावितों ने जांगला, लंका व कोपांग में बसाने का सुझाव दिया।
प्रदेश सरकार ने ज्योर्तिमठ के प्रभावितों को भूमि और भवनों के क्षति की एवज में एकमुश्त समाधान (वन टाइम सेटलमेंट) के साथ ही घर के बदले घर और भूमि के बदले भूमि, घर बनाने के लिए अधिकतम 100 वर्ग मीटर, पुनर्वास के लिए चिह्नित स्थान पर अधिकतम 75 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्रफल में डुप्लेक्स भवन निर्माण बनाकर देने का विकल्प दिया था।
